I'm offering the control bar (cause the line have to be changed, +- 25€). It's a 9meter so the wind area is approximatively about 16 to 26knots for a 70kg rider. This kite, by is low budget, is able to make an easy way for learning, at the condition you have to follow the safety instruction.
